1. Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and maintain an account on the 77bdcc Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. 77bdcc enforces a strict 21+ age policy across all products and services.
• You are a natural person (not a corporate entity or automated system) accessing the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, or close family member of 77bdcc or any of its affiliated game studio partners.
• You are not self-excluded from the Platform or from online gambling under any applicable self-exclusion programme.

By completing the registration process, you warrant that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete. You agree to update your account details promptly if any information changes. 77bdcc reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility requirements are not met or cannot be confirmed.

2. Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 77bdcc account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person or permit any third party to access your account.

77bdcc will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where that access resulted from your failure to keep credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify the 77bdcc support team immediately at [email protected]. The Platform reserves the right to temporarily lock your account pending investigation of any suspected security breach.

You must not use automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to access, scrape, or interact with the Platform. Any such activity may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

All financial transactions on the 77bdcc Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following payment methods are currently supported: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.

• Minimum deposit: ৳100. Minimum withdrawal: ৳200.
• Deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited in real time under normal circumstances.
• Withdrawal processing times: bKash and Nagad within approximately 15 minutes; bank transfers within 1–3 business days.
• 77bdcc charges no transaction fees on standard mobile wallet deposits and withdrawals. Third-party charges imposed by your payment provider are outside 77bdcc's control.
• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and refund of the deposited amount.

77bdcc reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks on large or unusual transactions. Withdrawals may be held pending completion of such checks. Where a withdrawal request cannot be verified to the satisfaction of the Platform's compliance standards, 77bdcc may return the funds to the original deposit source.

4. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

77bdcc offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, cashback promotions, and seasonal incentives tied to the Bangladeshi calendar (Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day, BPL season, and others). All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:

• Each bonus offer carries a specific wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated in full on the relevant promotion page.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash unless wagering requirements have been met in full.
• 77bdcc reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings where the Platform determines that a player has attempted to abuse the promotional system, including through the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or pattern betting designed solely to clear wagering requirements.
• Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, bonuses expire 30 days from the date of issue if wagering requirements remain unmet.
• Free spins are awarded on designated slot titles only. Winnings generated from free spins may be subject to a maximum conversion cap as stated in the specific offer terms.

5. Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

77bdcc is committed to maintaining a fair and transparent gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform:

• Collusion with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Use of software, tools, or strategies designed to exploit errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform's games or betting systems.
• Match-fixing, insider betting, or any attempt to influence the outcome of a sporting event on which a bet has been placed.
• Use of the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal or illegal purpose.
• Opening multiple accounts or using another person's account details to circumvent account restrictions, bonus limitations, or self-exclusion measures.
• Systematic exploitation of promotional offers through pattern betting, arbitrage, or coordinated play across multiple accounts.

Where 77bdcc has reasonable grounds to believe that any of the above conduct has occurred, the Platform reserves the right to void affected bets, suspend or permanently close the relevant account, withhold any pending withdrawal, and report the matter to relevant authorities where required by law.

6. Game Rules, Betting Rules, and Dispute Resolution

Each game available on the 77bdcc Platform is governed by the rules of the respective game studio or sports data provider. Game outcomes for casino titles are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) operated by the relevant third-party studio. 77bdcc does not manipulate game outcomes.

For sports betting markets, results are determined based on official data from recognised sports governing bodies. In the event of a discrepancy between data sources, 77bdcc's sportsbook team will apply reasonable judgement to settle the affected markets, and their decision will be final.

If you believe a game result or bet settlement is incorrect, you must raise a dispute with the 77bdcc support team within 30 days of the affected event. Disputes raised after this period will not be considered. 77bdcc will investigate all disputes in good faith and provide a written response within a reasonable timeframe. The Platform's decision on disputes is binding.

7. Responsible Gaming

8. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, create derivative works from, or exploit any Platform content for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of 77bdcc. Unauthorised use of 77bdcc intellectual property may result in legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 77bdcc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service. 77bdcc's total liability to you in connection with any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of funds held in your 77bdcc account at the time the claim arises.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 77bdcc does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

77bdcc collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and should be read alongside them. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 77bdcc uses SSL encryption and other security measures to protect your data.

11. Amendments, Suspension, and Termination

77bdcc reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any part of the Platform, or any player account, at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, regulatory requirements, or technical maintenance. Where an account is closed by 77bdcc due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited.

Players may request closure of their 77bdcc account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Any balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to the player's verified payment method after applicable checks are completed, provided no breach of these Terms has occurred.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes that cannot be resolved by the support team shall be subject to binding arbitration. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in Bangladesh.
